First we look at which process is worth it at all. Sometimes the honest answer is that an automation costs more upkeep than it saves.
Build
Usually with n8n on your own server, so no customer data sits with an outside provider and there is no fee per run.
AI only where it helps
A language model goes in only where it really adds something, for example sorting or summarising, not for its own sake.
Hand over
You get a short description of what runs and know how to adjust it or switch it off.
